Compliance Programs
Compliance Fundamentals Program
For alcohol manufacturers or wholesalers in need of a new compliance program or those looking to update their current one, Amber + Oak will work closely with management to fully understand the business’s needs and then build out all necessary compliance-related internal workflows, standard operating procedures, record keeping requirements, and spirit inventory management. Amber + Oak will also train all necessary employees on the required compliance procedures. All of the procedures set in place by Amber + Oak will be sustainable, well-communicated, and written into an official Compliance Handbook. This program typically takes three to six months to fully establish and implement, depending on the size and needs of the company.
Full-Service Compliance Program
This is Amber + Oak’s “soup to nuts” compliance program that will allow you to focus on your business while Amber + Oak handles all compliance matters. This is typically the next phase after the Compliance Fundamentals Program, if needed. This program will ensure compliance requirements are being met at the federal, state, and local level. It includes frequent site visits and meetings with management to ensure compliance procedures are being followed. This program also includes all services offered under our “As-Needed Compliance” list. This program is billed as a monthly retainer.
Auditing Program
For alcohol manufacturers or wholesalers with established compliance programs, Amber + Oak offers a mock auditing program. We will come to your business at set intervals, conduct a mock audit to assess TTB and state-agency risk, and prepare a summary of our findings with a list of improvements to make before the next audit.
License Bunkering Program
For new and established manufacturers or wholesalers with multiple state licenses or those looking to expand into new markets, Amber + Oak will manage and maintain your state-level licenses.
